Who is behind Connect AI OS?
Connect Limited — telecom and communications specialists serving Trinidad & Tobago since 1999. Our team was among the first to deploy IP telephony in T&T’s public sector and has spent decades supporting IT, networking, and infrastructure for some of the country’s largest companies and government ministries. Connect AI OS is that enterprise experience, productized for every size of business.
Will Connect spam my customers?
No. Connect only messages customers who have opted in, honours every opt-out instantly, and respects quiet hours and frequency caps. You preview and approve every campaign before anything is sent. We built the consent rules in first, because one spammy blast costs you more trust than any promotion earns.
What happens when the AI is not sure?
It says so and hands the conversation to you. Connect never invents prices or promises — anything it cannot answer confidently gets flagged in your inbox for a human. Sensitive matters — complaints, refunds, anything medical or legal — always escalate to you.
What are the WhatsApp rules, in plain words?
Two rules matter. One: after 24 hours pass since a customer’s last message, a business may only send Meta-approved template messages. Two: marketing messages need the customer’s opt-in. Connect manages the templates, the 24-hour window, and the opt-in records for you, so you stay compliant without studying Meta’s policy documents.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Your customer records, conversation history, and purchase history belong to your business. You can export them, and if you ever leave, they leave with you. We do not sell or share your data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month with no long-term contract — including the Founding 100 offer. Some competitors lock you into annual contracts; we’d rather earn the next month.
Do I need a new phone number?
We set you up with a dedicated business number during guided setup. If you want to bring an existing WhatsApp number, we plan that migration with you carefully during onboarding — WhatsApp number moves are one-way, so we treat them with respect.
