What happens when you hit a limit.
What are the overage rates?
On standard tiers, once you pass your monthly allowance: voice is TT$2.00 per minute, WhatsApp is TT$0.45 per message, and SMS is TT$0.85 per message. The same card applies on every standard tier, so upgrading is about better-included capacity, not different penalty rates.
Does the Founding 100 plan bill overage?
Never. Founding 100 hard-caps instead: when the monthly pool runs out, outbound sending pauses until your next cycle or an upgrade — your dashboard shows the meter well before that happens. The first hundred businesses did not sign up for an open-ended invoice.
What counts as a message?
Outbound WhatsApp and SMS messages count against their allowances. Email conversations are unlimited on every plan under fair use. Inbound customer messages don’t cost you allowance.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from the app, month to month. Your customer history, conversations, and reports carry across tiers untouched; the core is the same product on every plan.
Are these prices really in TT dollars?
Yes. You’re quoted, billed, and supported in TT$. No exchange-rate roulette on a USD card, no US-tool pricing that quietly doubles once fees stack.
